Dr. Parsons was born in South Africa and raised in Victoria, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Victoria. A graduate of Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon, he has obtained considerable postgraduate knowledge in sports injury and soft-tissue injury management. This has included working with the B.C. Lions of the Canadian Football League (C.F.L.), and the Canadian Professional Rodeo Sports Medicine Team (C.P.R.S.M.T.).
Dr. Parsons previously practiced in Vermont, U.S.A. and Vancouver, B.C. In 2001 he moved to Langford to open Thetis Heights Chiropractic Clinic. With the addition of new therapies and needing more space, Dr. Parsons opened Energy Health Clinic in 2009.
Alix earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology with Honours from the University of Northern BC, where she conducted research on pain and disability management. Alix earned her Acupuncture Diploma with Honours from Pacific Rim College in Victoria, BC. She has a special interest in treating traumatic injury and chronic pain rehabilitation, hormone balancing, digestive health, and mental health concerns like anxiety, depression and insomnia.
Alix takes a person-centered approach to treatment including any or all of food therapy, exercise and lifestyle recommendations, acupuncture, moxa, cupping, gua sha and laser therapy to ensure the most suitable treatment to your needs.
Agni is an Acupuncturist (R.Ac.) and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R.TCM.P.), registered with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of British Columbia. Agni began her studies at the Academy of Classical Oriental Sciences in Nelson; continued her education at the International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Vancouver and completed her 5-year Doctorate of Traditional Chinese Medicine at Pacific Rim College in Victoria, BC.
As a TCM health care practitioner, Agni has a special interest in mental health, addictions, eating disorders, autoimmune conditions, sports medicine and rehabilitation and optimal nutrition. Agni is interested in working with women to balance hormones, regulate their reproductive systems, and support all three trimesters of pregnancy. Agni has additional training in AcuSculpt cosmetic acupuncture, facial rejuvenation and cellulite reduction.
Agni believes that acupuncture and Chinese Medicine add value to society by addressing growing health care needs and offering an effective and natural approach to health. Her goal is to provide an inclusive space where health care needs will be listened to and to create a collaborative, personalized treatment plan to help individuals achieve their health goals through holistic, empowered design.

Nicole believes that food and eating are at once a universal cultural experience and a completely individual practice. She is passionate about helping people enjoy eating while receiving the utmost nutritional benefit from their choices.
Nicole Fetterly is a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of BC with experience in retail, media, foodservice, university and hospital settings. She received a Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition and Health from the University of British Columbia, including a 1 year hospital- based internship with Vancouver Coastal Health. She also completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology at the University of Victoria.
She is also a busy mom of 2 young children who are developing a passion for healthy food at the earliest age. They love to help in the garden and kitchen, especially using cookie cutters on their Sunday morning pancakes! Nicole knows the struggles of getting healthy food on the table fast and provide practical strategies and recipes to help you achieve optimum health for you and your family.
She is also an advocate for a sustainable food system and has extensive experience in the natural foods sector as a corporate dietitian, grocery buyer and product developer. She can provide guidance on getting your sustainable product to market, including labeling and nutrition facts panel development and insider advice on the listing process.
